Covid-19 upended
the legal world and those impacts continue to be felt. In this CLE we
will examine the current deposition landscape in terms of recent changes and future
trends. We will explore options for continuing to move discovery schedules forward
by using a "hybrid model for depositions." And because technology is continually evolving, we
will review up-to-date best practice for conducting effective depositions whether
in-person or remote.
