educate our MN Bar membership regarding several key areas related
to unclaimed property, including:
- Business activities and factors that drive unclaimed
property risk
- Risk mitigation strategies in light of recent
unclaimed property enforcement efforts
- Key aspects of a strong unclaimed property
escheatment reporting process
- Unclaimed property ASC 450 (FAS 5) contingency reserves
We look forward
to a lively presentation from the BDO team, including plenty of time for Q&A
driven by attendee questions.
