Webinar Program:

State constitutions are often ignored and overlooked.  This CLE will look at the history of the Minnesota Constitution, contrasting its evolution and structure to the US Constitution.  Emphasis will be on how the two constitutions differ in terms of history, structure, rights and how they have been interpreted.

 

Featured Presenter:

David Schultz, Professor | Hamline University Distinguished Professor of Political Science and University of Minnesota Professor of Law

Professor Schultz is the author of more than 45 books and 200 articles on various aspects of American law and politics. He is a frequent CLE presenter commentator on network news programs, and often appears on PBS Almanac Programs.
