Elder Law 101| Lesser Known Medical Assistance Programs - Not the Nursing Home

This presentation will lay out the basics of Medical Assistance programs offering long term service and support benefits outside of a nursing home.  The presentation will also cover the progression and interplay of these LTSS programs with other government programs offering medical supports for those who are ill, disabled and aged.  There will be a review of general eligibility requirements and an overview of when, how, where to access these LTSS programs.
