Back to School Week:
Back to
Basics
This session is part of
MSBA's Back to School Week, 4 sessions in
all.
In January 2020, few attorneys and firm
owners imagined working at a full- or- part-time remote law firm. Today, a
hybrid law firm has become a long-term expectation, rather than an exception.
But this flexibility comes with a new set of challenges. How can partners ensure
attorneys and staff remain productive and produce consistent work? What's the
best way to structure a hybrid law firm? And how can firm leadership promote a
supportive culture and high employee
retention?
Gain valuable logistical tips, whether
you’re just starting a new law practice or improving hybrid work practices at
your existing firm. You’ll
learn:
- How to set up a successful hybrid law
firm – and the benefits of doing so
- What technology to use to operate
your law firm efficiently and compliantly
- The tactics firm leaders are
using to support client retention and a healthy hybrid
culture
