The Term that Changed America - A Review of the 2021 US Supreme Court Term

From abortion rights to climate change to religion, the 2021 US Supreme term will be noted as one of the most significant in American history. This CLE examines the major cases and highlights of the term, assesses the impact, and looks to see where it will go in the future.

Presenter:

David Schultz is Hamline University Distinguished Professor of Political Science and University of Minnesota Professor of Law. He is the author of more than 45 books and 200 articles on various aspects of American politics and law, including his most recent Constitutional Precedent in US Supreme Court Reasoning (2022).
