decisions regarding Miranda, firearms, and/or other rulings that impact the
practice of Criminal law, this CLE hopes to offer clarification on what has
actually changed, what has not, and what is yet to be seen. The Criminal Law
Section and the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (MACDL
) is co-hosting this timely
presentation.
