The Minnesota Supreme Court recently issued a landmark decision for attorney-client privilege in Minnesota—In Re Polaris, Inc. v. Thompson.  This presentation will address the Court’s decision, including the predominant purpose test, as well as the impact this decision will have on attorneys and clients moving forward.
