This CLE will cover highlights of copyright
disputes in the music industry over the past year as
well as recent developments concerning music royalties and recording
contracts.
Annual elections for the Sports Art
and Entertainment Section Council will take place after the CLE (approximately
1PM). If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else for the 2022-2023
Sports Art and Entertainment Section Council please email Ashley Bollig at abollig@mnbars.org. The council provides
CLE topics, gathers presenters for CLE programs, plans social events,
etc...
