Event Description

Please join the Appellate Practice Section for a 2-hour, in-person CLE primer on the unemployment compensation appeals program in Minnesota appellate courts. Attendees will learn about this long-standing program that connects pro se appellants with volunteer attorneys, the certiorari review process, legislative and precedential updates in recent years, tips and tricks for success in these appeals from experienced attorneys and judges, and how to get started. The program will include educational remarks and materials, as well as a moderated Q&A panel.

A complimentary social hour will follow. We look forward to seeing you there!
