Round-table
Description:
The Social Security Disability Law Section
invites you to join our monthly virtual gathering to learn about new and/or
existing rules and policies and other updates to Social Security
practice.
This session will begin with the attorneys
involved in the Brian D. case that deals with the validity of the current
judges. Dave Christianson and Mahesha Subbaramen will be discussing the
case, the decision and the current status of a potential appeal. Following
this case, discussion will continue related to reopening, SSA phone issues, long
Covid and in-person hearings.
These roundtable brown bag discussions are
an informal forum for you to discuss and ask questions of other
practitioners.
