This one-hour program will provide guidance to corporate
counsel dealing
with supply chain disruptions as a result of shipping delays, supplier disruptions,
and regulatory restrictions or tariffs on imports into the United
States. The presenters will describe increased barriers to supply chains that they
are seeing, and discuss potential work-arounds, contractual challenges and protections, and other legal and practical
remedies that companies are using to cope with the current business environment.
