Resolution Section. The ADR Section holds a business
meeting at 12 Noon - prior to the CLE program that begins by 12:15
pm.
This session will be REMOTE-ONLY participation. Attendees will
have the option to view online and/or dial-in via Zoom.
Live Presentation:
Advocates can and should begin managing an arbitration as soon
as the demand has been filed. Conferring with opposing counsel and
preparing for the preliminary conference are opportunities to take advantage of
arbitration’s flexibility and design the process to best meet the needs of the
client. A panel of three experienced arbitrators will discuss what
advocates and arbitrators can do to shape and manage the arbitration before the
evidentiary hearing.
