Effective January 1, 2022
the District of Minnesota updated the model Chapter 13 plan. The presentation
will discuss the major changes in the new Chapter 13 plan that impact your
clients whether they are creditors or debtors. This CLE will discuss the practical
application of the new plan along with sample calculations.
