When
representing SBA lenders in bankruptcy, it is imperative to understand the
requirements upon lenders in order to maintain a lender’s SBA guaranty.
This presentation will address what steps to take when handling SBA loans,
including PPP loans, in bankruptcy and address certain amendments to the
bankruptcy law in response to the COVID-19
pandemic.
