The purpose of the seminar is
to address the basics of a will contest from the initial contact with a client
to the start of trial. It is designed to have an active discussion on
the factual information necessary to establish a claim or defense, the
central issues of capacity, diminished capacity, and undue influence, the identification and credibility of
witnesses (lay and expert), relevant documents, and the fees and costs of
litigating a will contest.
