Over the last year, Minnesota’s appellate courts have heard and decided a series of high-profile administrative environmental appeals. From building the record and obtaining a writ, to briefing and oral arguments addressing complicated expert reports and environmental studies, environmental appeals present numerous potential pitfalls for litigants. In this one-hour CLE, experts in environmental appeals provide tips and tricks to successfully navigate environmental appeals.
