This course will
address the issue of reestablishment expenses and moving costs in the context of
business relocation claims and what the presenters learned in the course of
representing businesses displaced by the Metropolitan Council's SWLRT
Project. The presenters will use specific case studies to illustrate how
to document these complex relocation claims.
