Come hear about who and what crashed
the collection industry party that’s been underway for decades. New rules
and a new court interpretation have upended collections as we know them.
Get prepared. Reg F is effective November 30th while Hunstein copycat
suits now number over 500. This session will explore the implications of
both Hunstein and Reg F and provide risk management tips for collection
professionals.
