Ethical Issues in Remote Practice

In the past year and a half, lawyers have learned how to get comfortable with doing more online.  How about clients?  This CLE will discuss some of the ethical implications of setting up technology to allow clients to access their files, pay their bills, communicate, and meet remotely.
