On June 30th 2021, the Eviction
Moratorium Phase-out law (sometimes called the Off-Ramp) became effective. HOME
Line’s COVID-19 Eviction Coordinator Rachael Sterling will give a brief overview
of the state moratorium, what is going on at the moment, including how the CDC
moratorium impacts Minnesota - and what the future may hold.
