This series of lunch-hour CLEs
features speakers on a variety of topics in appellate child protection matters.
Whether you’re taking your first appeal from a child protection matter or your
fiftieth, we hope you’ll find some useful tips, information, and best practices
from these presentations. Each CLE presentation will occur virtually via Zoom
from noon to 1 p.m.
This
session features Mallory Stoll of Blahnik,
Prchal & Stoll, PLLC who will present on identifying issues
for appeal in CHIPS and permanency cases and on taking your first appeal. Ms.
Stoll provides representation for parents in relatives in CHIPS and permanency
matters on a private and court-appointed
basis.
