Our experienced panelists will discuss various approaches in selecting outside counsel. How do you introduce a new issue with a longstanding, reliable relationship? When and how to use metrics and/or various diversity, equity and inclusion considerations? How does cost factor into your selection analysis? When do you seek new outside counsel vs. leveraging a longstanding relationship where counsel can hit the ground running?

Notice of Annual Meeting:
The Corporate Counsel Section will hold its Annual Meeting at 9:45 AM to elect officers and council members for the 2021-2022 bar year and to conduct other business as needed. All section members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
