Dispute Resolution Section. Please note that the Annual May program
and meeting includes the 2021-22 Section Election, and presented via
Zoom. There
is a proposed earlier start time of the
business meeting with introductions at 11:50 AM and the CLE program estimated
timeframe remaining by 12:15 to 1:15 PM. Currently, all bar association programming is REMOTE-ONLY participation.
There will be NO in-person attendance until further notice. Attendees will have

The Code of Ethics for Minnesota Rule 114 Neutrals includes
Standard III, Competence: “A neutral shall serve as a neutral only when she/he
has the necessary qualifications to satisfy the reasonable expectations of the
parties.”
