The Elder Law Section’s Annual
Meeting was scheduled for Friday, June 18, 2021, with a Governing
Council meeting to follow immediately. MSBA will be recognizing
Juneteenth on June 18, 2021 and their offices will be closed that day. As such,
the Elder Law Section has rescheduled its annual meeting for June 25, 2021 at
3:30 P.M. via Zoom. A Governing Council meeting will immediately follow the
annual meeting. Please register to receive the link to
join the meetings.
The Nominations Committee of the Elder Law Section has recommended the
attached slate
of candidates for officers and Governing Council membership. Election of
these candidates will occur at the Annual Section Meeting on June 25, 2021. The
Section may consider nominations from the floor at the annual
meeting.
Deadline to register: June 23, 2021
Remote Participation: Remote instructions will be
emailed to you the day prior to the meeting.
