Virtual Roundtable | Conversations on the Legal Paraprofessional Pilot Project

Event Description

Monthly Virtual Round-table Conversations.  Sponsored by the MSBA Family Law Section.

Currently, all bar association programming is REMOTE-ONLY participation. There will be NO in-person attendance. Thank you.

April Focus: Legal Paraprofessional Pilot Project

Given the recent initiative of the Minnesota Supreme Court’s Legal Paraprofessional Pilot Project, this month’s discussion will focus on concerns and the update of the project.

The MSBA Family Law Section invites members to a virtual networking opportunity.  We will be hosting a lunchtime question and answer session with a preselected topic each month.  We want our members to be able to connect with each other and hear about a topic as well as be able to ask other members questions about their cases.  Members questions can be about any topic and if you feel uncomfortable about asking your question and want to do it unanimously, go ahead and send it to Tifanne Wolter at prior to the meeting.  Please come meet with us to network, socialize and feel free to bring and eat your lunch with us.

Registration is optional but encouraged in order to receive remote instructions directly and in advance. Monthly Zoom instructions are the same for the 2020-21 bar term.

Discussion Facilitators:

Susan J. Mundahl | Mundahl Law, PLLC (Host)
Tifanne Wolter | Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd.
Nicole Tabbut | Pemberton Law Firm
