Cases on
online
contract formation continue to present new and interesting fact twists -
page layouts, font types and sizes, language variations, etc.
Recently courts have abandoned the clickwrap and browsewrap categories,
because they don’t describe a useful legal construct or dictate a particular result.
That trend continues. Some courts have weighed in with dictum about how
a defective screen presentation might have been remedied. The panelists cover all of
that and more.
