The blended family is becoming the norm, yet estate
planners are having trouble keeping up with the times. The traditional
estate plan for the nuclear family almost certainly doesn’t work, so why
are so many estate planners still using it? This presentation will give
practical tools for creating an effective estate plan for the blended
family that – above all – appropriately manages expectations so that families can
avoid the litigation route after the testator is gone.
Presenter:

of Law. Courtney was previously with Excelsior Law Firm as a solo
practitioner, Meagher & Geer, Ratwik Roszak & Maloney, and the Minnesota
