COVID Coffee Break - A Discussion of Employee Benefits Provisions in the Recent COVID-19 Stimulus Bill

The MSBA Employee Benefits Section invites you to a roundtable discussion of employee benefits provisions in the most recent COVID -19 stimulus bill, the American Rescue Plan Act.  Please bring your questions and stories about what you’ve encountered and how these issues are impacting your work.  

Planned roundtable topics include:

•    COBRA subsidies
•    Increased dependent care FSA limit
•    Single and multiemployer defined benefit plan funding relief
•    Expansion of Code section 162(m) covered employee definition
