Event Description
The MSBA Employee Benefits Section invites you to
a roundtable discussion of employee benefits provisions in the most
recent COVID -19 stimulus bill, the American Rescue Plan Act. Please bring
your questions and stories about what you’ve encountered and how
these issues are impacting your work.
Planned roundtable topics include:
• COBRA subsidies
• Increased
dependent care FSA limit
• Single and multiemployer defined
benefit plan funding relief
• Expansion of Code section
162(m) covered employee definition

Remote Participation: Remote instructions will be
emailed to you the day prior to the event.
Payments: Due to the pandemic, accounting staff have
limited access to the office making the processing of checks difficult. We
request that you register online or over the phone by credit card whenever
possible. If you need assistance, please contact the program manager. If
