This annual presentation will highlight what is new in
professional responsibility and cover the prior year’s highlights. 2020
was a year unlike any other. How did the pandemic impact issues of
professional responsibility? One year in, how are lawyers meeting their
ethical responsibilities? What has changed and what has stayed the same? What
issues trip us up, and what should we know as we continue to work remotely to
meet the current challenges of our practices. This session will also
review key discipline decisions from 2020, and preview potential ethics rule
changes on the horizon.
