The CLE will address the new
developments in class action law and practice, centered on recent 8th Circuit
and Supreme Court decisions affecting practitioners. The presenters will
summarize recent cases, holdings, and questions presented, and explain how each
aligns with previous precedent and impacts the considerations necessary to
navigate this complex procedural area going forward.
