Join us for a CLE covering almost
everything you wanted to know about Minnesota Residential Security Deposits. We
will cover the nitty gritty of Minn. Stat. § 504B.178. You will leave
understanding the ins and outs of Minnesota residential security deposits
including caps, interest calculation and related tax issues, allowable
deductions, time to account or pay, penalties for delay and for bad faith, sales
of property, insolvent landlords, and more. Attendees will receive a collection
of security-deposit cases and documents.
