As unsheltered homelessness grows in the United States, so do laws penalizing homeless people for living outside. Join us to learn about the causes of homelessness and the growing number of local policies punishing homeless people's survival in public space. You will also learn about successful legal theories to challenge these policies, with a special focus on combatting evictions of homeless encampments.
