Attendees will learn new developments in legal malpractice case
law, ethics opinions, and hot topics. The seminar will provide analysis and
guidance from recent case law and ABA opinions. We will also provide tips
and best practices for avoiding potential legal ethics and malpractice
pitfalls. In addition to new developments, we will also discuss the impact
of the current pandemic on ethical requirements and ways to minimize risks
associated with working remotely. We also discuss the scope of
confidentiality and how an attorney’s ethical obligations impact online
marketing and reviews.
