Join
social worker, Anita Raymond, and attorney, John Kantke, for a closer look at
supported decision making. Supported decision making was added to
Minnesota law in 2020 as part of the revisions to the guardianship
statute. What is supported decision making? How do I integrate
supported decision making into my law practice? How does supported
decision making benefit both individuals helping and needing help? John
and Anita will break down supported decision making looking at forms and case
studies to illustrate options. This event is specifically geared for
attorneys in greater
Minnesota.
