2020 was a year filled with
both change and uncertainty. While many want to leave 2020 behind, employment
lawyers cannot. Changes in the law regarding independent contractor status,
misclassification, and joint employer status changed and will likely continue to
change in the next administration. Join us as we discuss the most relevant and
important changes in these areas to date and how to anticipate changes in the
future. Note: Creative fact patterns come free with admission.
