Webinar Description:
In this session, experienced litigators
will lay out the basics of filing a disability appeal in federal court. Topics
range from case selection and bar admission to filing the complaint and
briefing. We will also review some recent decisions from the Eighth Circuit
Court of Appeals. We will also include copies and samples of many of the
documents a new filer may encounter.
