ethics, and legal writing to national audiences. Jenny provides in-house
trainings to Fortune 100 companies and public-sector clients on topics including
privileged communications. Aaron teaches courses at the law-school level on
legal writing and has been helping energy clients navigate supply chain issues
relating to COVID. Faris’ practice (and teaching) focuses on technology issues,
including ephemeral data like instant messages. And Anna assists clients in
investigating business practices and workplace misconduct, as well as responding
to government investigations at the state and federal level.
