This presentation will focus on the practical
implications of recent Minnesota business law decisions for business lawyers and
their
clients.
Faris represents clients in commercial
litigation, including matters involving technology and software, trade secrets,
class claims, intellectual property, and product-liability claims. Kevin
represents clients in complex litigation, including multidistrict class actions,
cross-border disputes, business arbitrations, and product-liability litigation.
His practice also includes advising clients on compliance matters and internal
investigations.
