There
have been some big changes at the Minnesota Tax Court, including the
recent appointment of two new judges and recent updates to the courtroom with new
technology that allows for virtual hearings and trials during the pandemic.
Join us for a panel discussion with
Judge Bowman, Chief Judge Delapena, and Judge Tien to learn about the
judges’ backgrounds, the virtual courtroom, and practice pointers for written
and oral arguments before the Court.
