During this event, you will understand the practical
impacts of Minnesota’s new Police Accountability Act in the arbitration process.

Deputy Commissioner will join us to share how the
legislative changes are impacting their agency, how they are selecting the
panel of arbitrators, and the rulemaking needed. Then hear from attorneys
representing labor unions and public sector employers on
how they are advising their clients to respond and what questions they have
left unanswered in the wake of these changes.
