Description:
This
presentation
will focus on common
ethics issues that occur in your estate planning and probate practice, with an
emphasis on best practices in handling prospective clients, avoiding and resolving conflicts,
permissible areas of joint representation, and more. You know your practice is fraught with personality conflicts and family dynamics. Make sure you
have the tools to address these dynamics from an ethics perspective.
The CLE program will run from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00
p.m .
