Even before the COVID-19 Pandemic, lawyers relied heavily on smartphones and related technologies. Since the start of the pandemic, attorney reliance on technology has increased exponentially, becoming a necessary part of the practice of law today. This program explores the concept of over-reliance on, or even addiction to, smartphones and similar devices, along with ethical issues potentially implicated.
