This CLE will provide an introduction and overview of one of Minnesota's bedrock environmental statutes, the Minnesota Environmental Rights Act, for law students and new lawyers. We'll walk through the statutory provisions, review some of the most important historic MERA cases, and brief participants on cases the appellate courts decided this year. Come learn about this important tool for protecting Minnesota's resources!
