Description:
Every probate is unique,
and in one way or another, complex to some degree. We will review
what the fiduciary role entails and provide practical insight on handling several
types of problematic probate issues from handling personal property, administering taxes and managing conflicts of interest. We will provide real world scenarios
and practical solutions to resolve and settle these common probate problems.
The CLE program will run from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00
p.m .
