About this
Session:
Recently, law firms have been adopting principles of Lean Six Sigma.
In this week's session, we chat with Catherine Alman MacDonagh, founder of the
Legal Lean Sigma Institute. Catherine will walk us through the myriad of terms,
acronyms, and other verbiage that populates this area of practice. We'll discuss
the history of process improvement and how this practice, which began in
manufacturing, came to be applied to legal services.
Catherine
will also be presenting an Introduction to Legal Lean course at our practicelaw
conference on October 12.
