Description:
Amendments to Minnesota’s court rules impose new requirements for filing nonpublic documents in civil cases.  And the amendments impose some new penalties for improperly filing non-public documents.  Most of the amendments take effect on January 1, 2021.  Understand the new rules and what you need to do to comply. 

The CLE program will run from 8:30 am. to 10:00 a.m.
