Program
Description:
We will take a
frequently asked question approach to this CLE, covering common health law
regulatory questions arising from COVID-19 and the government’s response.
Topics we are sure to cover include telehealth coverage and state licensing
issues; highlights of Medicare payment and certification regulatory waivers;
operational issues involved in the great mask debate; and billing for virtual
services in patient homes.
If you have a COVID-19 frequently asked
question you would like us to consider including, please email dglaser@fredlaw.com or kilten@fredlaw.com.
