This
webinar will discuss the who, what, when, and how of mechanic’s liens to help
you advise your clients about the advantages and requirements of this powerful
collection tool. Topics will include what types of participants and services can qualify for a lien, the steps and timelines that must
be adhered to, and an overview of the lien enforcement process.
The CLE program will run from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00
p.m .
