We will provide an
overview of jury trials across the counties, how things are developing, and how
different counties are handling expanded hearing types and proceedings. Our
presenters have been involved in meetings and hearings on the developments in
Hennepin County, Ramsey County, and Dakota County. We are also honored to be
joined by judges who have participated in social distanced jury trial pilots and
other contested hearings in June and July, who will discuss what you need to
know and the challenges posed by these proceedings to the parties involved.
Judge Meyer will also outline the Fourth Judicial District's new jury trial
protocols.
